1. $3,500 Cash For Clunkers guarantee towards the purchase of any new or pre-owned vehicle in stock,/ EXCLUDES Hybrid and Scion Vehicle, limit one trade-in per customer; individuals only, no retailers or brokers, see dealer for details.
2. Trade must be in running condition with no major body, structural, or mechanical damage/malfunctions.  Cannot use with any other offer or coupon.  Cannot use with any price given prior to 8/15/2011. 
3. Trade must be 1990 or newer.  The name on the title must be the same as the buyer unless it is an immediate family member. (All parties must be present)
4. Any negative equity will be applied to new loan balance subject to lender approval and guidelines.
5. Only 1 Trade-In Guarantee per transaction.
